Teknopanel Ethics Line at Teknopanel is an essential part of corporate and ethical governance, ensuring effective resource use and safeguarding vital corporate policies related to brand and reputation. It enables employees, suppliers, contractors, dealers, agents, and customers to report unethical behaviors, abuses, and any misconduct concerning the company to the independent Ethics and Legal Compliance Line without fear, thereby protecting Teknopanel from reputational risks and any potential losses.

All Notifications will be Kept Confidential in Accordance with the Law.

Our company, which values ethical principles and values, has established an agreement with an independent Ethics and Legal Compliance Officer. Reports from employees and other stakeholders are monitored by the Ethics and Legal Compliance Officer and are securely communicated to the Ethics and Legal Compliance Committee, which consists of members of the Board of Directors. The Ethics and Legal Compliance Officer classifies the reported issues according to their content and manages the notifications in good communication with the company's responsible parties.
