DHA: ''Native sandwich panel and EPS manufacturer maintains its place in the ICI 500 list''

The results of Türkiye's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises ICI 500, which Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI) has been presenting to the public annually since 1968, were published for 2023. The preparation process began in April and concluded on May 24, with the largest 500 companies identified that keep the domestic market vibrant and represent Türkiye in global markets with their national and international achievements. Teknopanel, a leader in the construction sector, manufacturing sandwich panels and EPS with 100% local capital since 2005, reaffirmed its success by once again appearing in the ICI 500 list this year. Teknopanel, which was ranked 330th last year, rose to 306th place in this year's list.

Among Türkiye's largest 500 industrial enterprises for over 10 years

In ICI's research that sheds light on Türkiye's industrial sector development for over 50 years and serves as a reference for the Türkiye's economy, companies exceeding 750 million TL in net sales from production were examined. Participants were also expected to submit Corporate Tax Declarations consistent with the main criterion of net sales size used in the ranking.

Sandwich panel and EPS manufacturer Teknopanel, contributing significantly to the Türkiye's economy with its export achievements, added another success by appearing among Türkiye's largest 500 industrial enterprises this year. More than 500 employees, exports to 106 countries, largest production capacity in the sector

Teknopanel General Manager Orhan Kahveci noted that the 20 million Euro investment in Skopje is the company's first foreign factory, stating, "Our facility spans 55,000 square meters in total, with 16,000 square meters under cover. The annual production capacity of our facility is 3 million square meters for sandwich panels and 350,000 cubic meters for EPS products. With over 120 new employments, we aim to become a leader in this market through sales and marketing activities across all of Europe and the Balkans."
